What is ECOSTEAM technology?
ECOSTEAM technology is the patented heat delivery system used in our self-heating eye masks. It heats up to 35-degrees Celsius in as little as 30 seconds and at 41-degrees Celsius, remains warm for 25-minutes, unlike many other masks on the market.
How should you recycle your Eye Mask?
Please ensure that you dispose of your Divine Eyes responsibly. The box, sachet and string of your eye mask are environmentally friendly and can all be widely recycled. Please note that while the eye mask itself can not currently be recycled because of the self-heating technology it contains, your mask can be retained and used as a blackout mask whenever you wish to simply block out light. Our masks are a hygienic alternative to the traditional style lavender filled masks used in many therapeutic sessions and are supplied in a sealed packet, perfect for client treatments.
Is the Eye Mask collection vegan friendly?
Yes, our range is made to be both vegan friendly and cruelty-free.
What technology is used in the Sensory Retreats Self-Heating Eye Mask Collection?
Our Self-Heating Eye Masks contain a thin layer of iron filings along with activated carbon powder that cuddle up to the oxygen molecules in the air to create air activated heat. Once each individual foil-wrapped packet is opened up, the iron fillings are exposed to air which creates a gentle, safe and soothing heat sensation. They retain heat for approximately 25-minutes and are safe to sleep in overnight.
Are the Eye Masks Single Use?
Each Sensory Retreats Self-Heating Eye Mask is individually foil wrapped. While the masks can be used repeatedly as a blackout mask, the self-heating technology is single use only and your mask will only heat up once.
Are they suitable to sleep in overnight?
Our Eye Masks deliver a multi-sensory experience. Unlike many other heated masks, they can be worn all night as a blackout mask. Use whenever you need to relax, meditate, drift off to sleep, or if your sleep has been disturbed and you need to fall back to sleep.
Where else can the eye-masks be worn?
They’re ideal for meditation practice, Shavasana at the end of yoga practice, laid in bed, soaking in the bath, as part of home spa or in spa beauty ritual, sat at your desk to revive tired eyes, relaxing on the sofa, on a plane or even a train journey. The options are endless!
Can they be used on children?
Our masks are suitable for use on children aged 5 +. Adult supervision is recommended. If using on children you may need to secure with an extra knot to tighten the loops.
Are they suitable for men and women?
Yes, the unisex design features gently elasticated straps. Simply slip the mask over the ears and eyes to discover the soothing air-activated warmth.
Are they safe for use during pregnancy?
Yes, they’re perfect for new mums and parents, suffering from disturbed sleep patterns. The self-heating technology and scents used are all safe. Nothing is absorbed into the body.

The Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
Payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app. What happens if I cancel or return my order? As soon as Sensory Retreats have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at Sensory Retreats from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience.
