"Sadly, I am not in a position to review my items because they are still roaming around in a DHL van. In truth, had I known that your chosen delivery service was DHL I would not have bought anything. DHL were supposed to deliver on the 8th May, they did not and asked me to re-book. I re-booked for yesterday, the 13th, and was given a 10 hour delivery slot. 10 hours!!I stayed in all day and around 5 p. m. received a notification that the driver had called at 1. 45 p. m. and "no-one was available". Totally untrue. I sent a message to the company saying that if the package was not delivered today I would inform Trading Standards. As I write, the package is now due this afternoon. I won't hold my breath!If it does not arrive, that will be three days of my life wasted. Quite why you utilise this company is a mystery. They are notoriously bad - and try and blame others for their poor customer service. Please use Royal Mail instead."

"I would wear these every night if I could afford them. Love how the heat seems to distract me from my chronic pain. Still to sniff any scent but I’ve decided they are just perfect as they are for me. I had issues with a mask I bought previously but after contacting the company I cannot praise their services enough. I have started a savings pot for the silk mask as I find the heat so soothing."
