I was staying so where with no access to microwave so needed something that self heats and also lightweight to pack . This is the second time
"This is the second time I have written a review about the products. The first was in regard to the fact that, after a week, waltzing around the DHL delivery system, I still had not received the order. Oddly, that review was never listed but I have received a second invitation to comment, so let's see if this one is also withdrawn. When the masks finally arrived, the box was crumpled and had clearly been opened. I was lucky that the 7 individual masks I had ordered were still inside. However, nothing else. No paperwork and no instructions on use for the first time buyer. It would seem that if an entire box is not purchased one has to figure out for oneself what to do. These products may be award-winning - I wouldn't know as I now can't be bothered to try them - but the administration and processes behind the scenes are sorely lacking. I will wait to see if this review is published, before I unsubscribe to the emails, in order to test whether a 1-star review actually makes it into the mix."
